Happy Magenta’s latest iOS title, Pilot’s Path is an old-school helicopter simulator set in an open-world game. The game is huge, as players get to explore 50 randomly generated islands over 2 vast locations as they take on the role of an ex USAF helicopter pilot setting out to clear his name and reputation after blowing up his plane. How does he set about doing this? By hooking up with criminal elements of course…(does makes things interesting, doesn’t it?).

Players perform missions for criminal kingpins and at the same time, earning in-game currency and search exotic locations for goods to make extra money. The copter in which the player uses is upgradeable at the mechanic shop, with improvements can be done on the  hull integrity, fuel and cargo capacity, maximum altitude, speed, and radar capabilities.

The game was built from ground up by Happy Magenta with the purpose of turning the iOS device you are playing on into a gaming console, whether it is a iPad, iPhone or iPod touch. As such, the game is meant to be best enjoyed by playing it on a big screen while using another iOS device as a remote controller.  It is maximized for retina displays, iPhone 5 and full HD displays out of the box and can also be experienced on a TV or projector (HDMI, VGA, RCA cables, and AirPlay supported)

Pilot’s Path is available for 99 cents on the iTunes App Store, check it out over here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pilots-path/id537251466?ls=1&mt=8
