Of Batman and 200 Different Covers of EDGE

Have you bought a copy of EDGE April 2009 issue? Not yet? Well, do check it out as it is the 200th issue of the popular video games magazine. In conjunction with this commemoration, the 200th issue is published with 200 different covers. I’ve got the one with cover #176 Einhander among other things today. Perhaps a picture can do better at describing what I bought in THREE different bookstores at the Curve and Ikano Power Centre:

Yup. That’s probably enough to last me till the end of May. Starting from left to right:

  • BATMAN R.I.P: The Deluxe Edition – Grant Morrison & Tony S. Daniel. Hardcover graphic novel (Purchased at MPH The Curve)
  • Joker – Brian Azzarello & Lee Bermejo. Hardcover graphic novel (Purchased at MPH The Curve)
  • EDGE Issue 200 – I’m thinking of taking up a subscription for this and Retro Gamer at www.allscript.com. Discounts are applicable for subscriptions 3 months or more. (Purchased at Popular, Ikano Power Centre).
  • Retro Gamer Load 59 – I somehow missed buying this the previous month. Load 60 is a regular in the throne room….(Purchased at Borders The Curve)

And yes, I’m a Batman geek. For the entire 200 covers of Edge’s 200th issue, check this site out: https://www.computerandvideogames.com/viewer.php?mode=article&id=212177 (thanks Rev)
