Fallout 3 & Hokuto No Ken Similarities

If I ever had the chance to interview the developers of Fallout 3, my main question would be was the game inspired by the classic manga Hokuto No Ken (a.k.a Fist of the North Star)?

The similarities are pretty striking:

Main character looks like a raider in Fallout 3 Player character can look like the main character from Hokuto No Ken by dressing up like a raider
Fought a lot of raiders Fought a lot of raiders
Fought a lot of weird humans mutated by radiation Fought a lot of weird humans mutated by radiation
Martial Arts skills can cause the following: paralyze an opponent and/or cause opponents to explode Can have Bloody Mess, Iron Fist and Paralyzing Palm perks

    hell yes. Both are truly similar actually. Just that, Hokuto No Ken, the fist is the answer. :p
