Front Mission 2089 has Copy Protection?

Is this the copy protection screen for Front Mission 2089 – Border of Madness, should you run a pirated ROM of it on a Nintendo DS Slot-1 flashcart like the R4DS?

Not one to speculate, it could be just a save file creation problem. But hey, anyone that knows how to read Japanese, do land a hand at translating this.

    *sigh* That’s the general error for wrong save type. Change the save type.
